Caching strategy

What version of angular-loading-bar are you using? 0.8.0 What version of AngularJS are you using? 1.5.8

Firstly, thanks for a great directive, its fantastic.

The angular loading bar cache strategy in isCached(config) is based on the url excluding search params, whereas the $http cache strategy is based on the url including search params:

From https://docs.angularjs.org/api/ng/service/$http "The cache key is the request URL including search parameters; headers are not considered."

I suggest that the 2 behave the same.

The workaround is to just change the url and add a backend route to process it, so not a high priority.
