How can estimate height in this layout?

I have tried so many waterfall layout but nothing helps... everyone suggest your layout and I like it but issue is when image updated then everything mess up. how can i recalculate or height change after image download...image width fix height dynamic .I think your layout is not supported estimated layout. some time content cut the layout. In this image first cell price cut. sometime all content cut.
