Allow date properties to be resolved when creating item in folder path

Describe the solution you'd like I want to describe the destination folder as Notes/{{DATE:YYYY-MM}} and have new items placed there - so Notes/2021-12/note.md With this scheme currently the new notes are located in the Notes folder, but the YYYY-MM is not being resolved upon creation.
