On Ubuntu at least, for hashlink callfunc.hdll needs to go in /lib

Hashlink doesn't seem to pick up from /etc/ld.so.conf

To be more precise: Lubuntu 18.10 x64

Tried ld.conf, then directly /usr/local/lib before going nuclear.

The behaviour has changed somewhere along the way, I'm currently prefixing LD_LIBRARY_PATH=... to my hl call to get it to behave. No permanent fix yet.
