在win 7-64bit中，無法直接按著SHIFT輸入英文

切換在酷音中文輸入模式時 假如要直接輸入英文，無法直接按著shift 同時輸入英文

只有中文輸入過程『輸入狀態的下底線還在』，才能用shift+英文來輸入 否則就得先（按）一下shift，切換成英文輸入模式，才能順暢的輸入

2016.05.11版本 windows 7 64bit 專業版
