Directory does not exist

In DOS, I run:

perl backup.pl C:\Users\jsmith\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\iOSMessageExport-master\Backup\

(Backup is where my backups are)

the following is returned: Directory does not exist at iOSSMSBackup.pm line 23.

How to resolve?
