bento Ubuntu 20.04: Hyper-V

Describe the Enhancement:

It would be great if bento/ubuntu-20.04 is also available for hyper-v.

Describe the Need:

Docker for Desktop Windows users need Hyper-V. VirtualBox supports Hyper-V now, but with performance and stability limitations. Using Hyper-V in that case would be much faster and more stable.

Current Alternative

Somehow build the box for or convert the box to Hyper-V instead.

latest release of the code converts it to the latest hcl2 code for packer. Can you test building on hyper-v and submit a PR for any fixes you may find?

I know have a hyper-v builder up for testing PR's. Please feel free to open a PR to testing. Currently only the windows builds are working for hyper-v and some code updates are needed for the rest of the builds. I do plan to get to these but due to many other builds and providers needing work it may take a while to get to.

Any progress on this? Part of the issues stems from the Hyper-V packer builder Specifically, hashicorp/packer-plugin-hyperv#99.
