Describe the bug Open images in tabs doesn't open any tabs.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1.) Select images in the submissions page 2.) Click the "Open images in tabs" button 3.) Nothing happens 4.) Profit???

Expected behavior

It's supposed to open the selected images in tabs innit?
