recording video base on phonecall event

Add PhoneCallReceiver to catch PhoneCall event( include incoming/outgoing call), start/stop video recording feature will following PhoneCall State. After recording is finished, send notification and play the video.

I think the changes are too many... can you squash these changes to only 1 commit? And, don't modify the current formatting (e.g. add a unnecessary space or empty line), It makes someone confused when tracing issue.
