'csxd' is not recognized as an internal or external command

This may be a dumb question but neverless I cannot seem to solve this problem- When I run npm run cxsd http://schemas.opengis.net/wfs/1.1.0/wfs.xsd after installing and adding cxsd to scripts I get this error 'csxd' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. I cant find a cxsd.exe file anywhere so I am at a loss for the time being

Fixed it, had a problem with npm on env PATH
