Feature request: allow plugin permission to view or create for Editor / Author

Current behavior

Currently both super-admin, editor, author can create chart directly in Strapi admin. It would be nice to have plugin permission for Editor or Author to only view or edit the dashboard similar like Config Sync plugin.
