Only master Branch is creating while migrating but unable to create other branches

I added these lines in gitcc configuration file

[master] clearcase = V:\clearcase-prod-branch-view\path\to\project-src branches = prod_branch [dev] clearcase = V:\clearcase-dev-branch-view\path\to\project-src branches = dev_branch

After i run gitcc rebase only master branch is created in git but dev is not created, what is the reason for this?

@sandesh2026 My apologies, the "branch" support in git-cc is pretty terrible. From memory (it was about 8 years ago now), if you have to actually checkout a dev branch, and run rebase again.

Trying to sync branches from clearcase is extremely hard and lossy. I made a half-hearted attempt to support a better branch model in my second version of git-cc, https://github.com/charleso/gitcc4j, but that is equally badly documented and you would have to read the code.
