Doesn't seem to work in W8.1

Works for me on Windows 8.1, what sort of issue is it having on your end? Do any of the frames show up?

@gunthercox Just tried to reproduce the error with newer versions, seems that [0.7.4](https://github.com/gunthercox/ChatterBot/releases/tag/0.7.4) is the latest release without the error. Problem starts occurring in version [0.7.5](https://github.com/gunthercox/ChatterBot/releases/tag/0.7.5).
