userDefineLang.xml not found

Your instructions were not clear. I figured it out, but I was looking for an existing userDefineLang.xml file and one dd not exist. You should have mentioned that if one doesn't exist to 1. download the file to the location, and 2. uncomment the start and end <NotepadPlus> tags after download; It works now. I think the instructions need to be updated with more detail.
