Cannot edit or delete Lists

The plugin works fine, and I'm using it to reject calls from a robodialer. Running on a Hostgator shared hosting (reseller) account. But when I try to delete a number or a list per the instructions, nothing happens after I click the garbage can icon. Thanks for any help and for all these plugins.
