No OSM data imports, and no EPSG Projection matches

Working in builds 3.2 and 3.5 - tested every single EPSG projection for the state of Maine and none were remotely close to the NOAA LIDAR region I was working in.

OSM does not import and downloaded files do not register. Attempting to use either one returns a variety of error messages (server overload, can't find [x], etc.).
