It does not install automatically when required

The dependency is required by several add-ons. If it is not installed on Windows 7 x64, the error "the security of the https connection could not be verified" occurs. The problem is that despite the "Cloud Drive Common Module" being required, it is not automatically installed with the add-ons that need it. I have to install it manually. Additionally, in the Kodi's menu manage dependencies, "Cloud Drive Common Module" appears as cleanable. And if I uninstall an add-on that depends on "Cloud Drive Common Module" it is uninstalled even if other add-ons need it.
