Feature guess YML/YAML files

As yaml files are defined to start with --- (see YML Spec), I would like to enhance the file_text carver, if this would be welcome

Hello! I would like this feature a lot, @JensHeinrich. Although I'm looking for docker-compose.yml files, they actually don't start with ---.

One of my files actually starts with version: '3.8'
