This product has the highest success rate. Would be nice to have these video formats to be recoverable.
Did you try to recover/test with fidentify? From the url you included it seems that the mov header (mdat) should at least catch it.
From reading the man page, I don't see how fidentify would help with the problem as it is only listing the file type.
I've had relative success with https://github.com/bookkojot/mp4fixer to fix GoPro 6 videos recovered by photorec. I wasn't able to fix audio though, getting only white noise.
If it were possible to improve support for GoPro multiplexed stream, it would be awesome. In the meantime https://www.goprorecovery.co.uk/ seems to be another alternative specialized in GoPro.
