Mapfile selector fails to list external SD (Android 11)

Reported by a user, confirmed for current market release 2020.08.21 as well as nightly 2021.01.05-NB:

  • Android 11 device
  • Open Map
  • Select Menu - Maptype - Mapfile
  • Filechooser opens and shows internal memory root
  • Go one level up

Result: No entries shown

Expected Result: On former Android versions at least two folder have been shown: Internal memory and external SD

Comment: As at least the nightly already contains the legacy memory access enabled, this is seemingly not causing the issue.

It would be nice to have this one fixed, otherwise it's not possible to store maps on the SD card.
