Windows xz missing - [main] WARN EnvironmentVerifier - 'xz' not installed. Please install it manually to analyze DTB files

Installation steps mention xz utils for Linux but not Windows.. without xz following message is printed during unpack:

[main] WARN EnvironmentVerifier - 'xz' not installed. Please install it manually to analyze DTB files

to overcome, copied xz.exe from say: https://sourceforge.net/projects/xz-for-windows/ into current directory or in path, then more content is generated during unpack, like kernel version txt files, etc.
