Linkrot: uninstall documentation link destination gone

The URI https://certbot.eff.org/docs/uninstall.html is linked in the instruction generator in step 4 "Remove certbot-auto and any Certbot OS packages", but this URI is not working any longer.

Thanks for noticing this. I've asked the other EFF folks who run that website now to fix it.
