Note that Gentoo currently does not have any but the nsone DNS plugins included in their official repository. See https://packages.gentoo.org/categories/app-crypt, only the apache, nginx and dns-nsone plugins are listed.

I do have an unofficial overlay at https://github.com/osirisinferi/certbot-dns-plugins-overlay, but well, that's unofficial.
