Tutorial depends on no longer available image of kuard

The tutorial at https://github.com/cert-manager/website/blob/master/content/v1.9-docs/tutorials/acme/nginx-ingress.md features kuard as a demo application, but its container is no longer accessible. For more information, check https://github.com/kubernetes-up-and-running/kuard/issues/59.
