BREAKING

Changes the default to did-session in framework/react, 3idconnect support is moved a flag.

Should wait to be released till updated docs are ready and it is communicated in some way.

@oed it will be v0.4.0 from 0.3.x, there was never a major release here, but will be treated similarly by npm, but yes is considered a breaking change
