[enhancement] add possibility to set downtime on all/some objects of a config

Hi,

Would be cool to be able to set a downtime/acknoledgment on all equipements of a poller. (A filter by host/service groups would be really helpfull also).

Problem is if I know that power will be shutdown during a week, downtimeManager.php is not enough performant to set a downtime on a large number of hosts and services at the same time.

I could simply shutdown my engine, but I would like to keep track of equipement that come back up first.

In Centreon web UI you can set a downtime to a poller.

Do you need specific external command?
