Edit/Preferences can't be edited when FEMM is not run with administrator rights (Win10)

When FEMM is not run with administrator on Windows 10 the changed settings in the preferences window are not saved when the preference window is closed. In my case the FEMM folder is in the Program Files folder which needs admin rights in order to create new files. But FEMM should at least throw an error when a file was not created because of not enough rights.
