Cannot Install Via Hex?

{:persistent_storage, "~> 0.10.0"}, in deps block of mix.exs yields:

Failed to fetch record for 'hexpm/persistent_storage' from registry (using cache)
This could be because the package does not exist, it was spelled incorrectly or you don't have permissions to it
** (Mix) No package with name persistent_storage (from: mix.exs) in registry

Installation pointing at the github release works fine.

I don't think we ever got this onto Hex. We should update the docs to reflect.
