Stop force replacing sfdx-project.json file when the project is a genuine SFDX project

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'd like to be able to have a folder being both a SFDX project and a ForceCode projet to be able to easily manage mixed Source&Metadata formats.

Describe the solution you'd like I don't really think we need anything enforced by username in the same ForceCode project in the sfdx-project.json file. Maybe we could just not include it in the forcecode/username folders to prevent the overriding of the file ?

Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.

I think i'm having the same issue, on my work machine (not administrator) I am not able to create a project with both SFDX and ForceCode, and IF i create a project with SFDX it does not load the ForceCode Menu. On my personal pc it seems to work thou.
