Migrated from PCL to .NET Standard libraries

• NuGet package that is automatically built by new package creation mechanism needs to be edited manually after creation for it to work immediately after install
• Changes not thoroughly tested, some test cases fail (but referenced websites seem to be outdated / not as they were when writing the tests anyway)
