Getting INFO times out after starting a lot of workers

  • using python
  • start ~15 workers
  • ping INFO every 90s or so

Several times a day, the worker gets hung waiting for INFO to return.

Possibly related, workers sometimes will not receive work from queue despite jobs being present. (Just had a case of 20 workers, 5 jobs, no work being done; restart them, they pull the work)

Faktory 1.4.1 - running in Docker on AWS. contribsys/faktory:latest

@bsharpe We are running into the same issue with workers not receiving work from the queue and needing to restart. Did you ever figure out what it was?

@ifasoldt @bsharpe the version 1.0.0 has some fixes that should have resolved these issues. Could you please retry with that version and let me know if you still have this issue?
