Can you provide the scripts for deploying the freebase and configuring the embedding for different datasets? Also, the requirement.txt still has problems.

We recommend you follow the instructions to deploy Freebase.

I have uploaded a new requirement.txt; if it still does not work, you can try to install the missing package and follow the error messages.

Specifically, can you give me more detail about what errors you encountered? This would help in providing more targeted assistance.

For deploying Freebase, here are the steps I took to deploy FB:

1. Download Virtuoso, here is a version I have confirmed to be problem-free. You can refer to here for more install details.

2. I recommend you modify the NumberOfBuffers and MaxDirtyBuggers in virtuoso.ini. For example, 64GB system memory is recommend use 5450000 and 4000000

3. Just place the extracted virtuoso.db to virtuoso/database directory.

4. Start you virtuoso via virtuoso-t -fd in virtuoso/database directory

For embedding config, we have written them in the config.py. There is no need to change the original code.
