Issue #18: fix bug with mods missing assets dir

Check that a mod pack has the assets dir before trying to read dir contents. Also print warning when dir is missing.

Looks like it should work for the time being. However, this appears to show up specifically when the "texture pack" in question is a data pack, and those files should probably be put somewhere.
