Hey @ruiramos. Clear fiddle. I agree, it does not produce naturally expected results. This was a [pretty early commit](https://github.com/AmpersandJS/ampersand-state/commit/43123b681debae9fef668ebcd967d6ba249e87cb) in the project that @HenrikJoreteg committed back in May last year....

i'm in the same boat, @latentflip. &-state is still, IMHO, one of the best x-env js Model utilities out there. per npm-stats, it still has a big user base too....

@ljharb , I'm open to your suggestion, but those docker files fundamentally are for a different intent. Those are for running a first-class NVM image, where the above instructions teach...

Sorry, I meant this all to be `StatusBar`. OSX conflates this terminology in a couple of places, and I got tripped up :-).

FWIW, this also happens to me when using the single container mode. empty upstream! ~stubbing `bridge` in was an OK work around~ (see below)
