Why should this exchange be implemented?

Not a crypto exchange, but a decentralized prediction marketplace, which has a similar structure to other decentralized crypto exchanges. Would love to see ccxt support it

Polymarket has a nice python API example here: https://github.com/Polymarket/py-clob-client, so it should be relatively straightforward to create a PR for this probably. (I'll see how far I get, but don't wait for it 😄 )
