Discord Webhooks for new Stops, Gyms and Portals. Will also help with updating names/images and deleting Stops that turned into Gyms.
there should be an option to update foreign DBs, especially when a fort type changes or a fort is removed
don't spam notifications if there's a lot of changes at once (i.e. when you're scanning a new area but forgot to enable init)
check for removals based on s2 cells (for pogo) and map tiles (for ingress). this also needs to be cached so it only checks every x minutes tiles and cells...
