Runner integration + physics

Hi,

Can you please add some sample code for the runner + Box2D physics ? I've seen you made such sample but there isn't posted code anywhere..It would be at big help to see how to integrate a such runner.

I hope you'll add it, as this scroller is in "state of art" and would be very nice tutorial to start. Thanks
