Callbacks for results of arithmetic opreations

There should be support for callbacks that can be used to get the result of the operation upon completion.

@cbrandolino callbacks seem to have broke after 2014, I have not seen them since.

I think we should support callbacks because if this library doesn't support all the way down to Internet Explorer 5.5 and Node 0.1.x* it's basically garbage and I can't believe how stubborn and rude the author is
