Problems when installing ncurses-ruby on Mac OsX

Hi, I'm trying to install tpp on my Mac Mojave 10.14.3. When I run tpp I get the following message:

eric Aula $ tpp slides.tpp There is no Ncurses-Ruby package installed which is needed by TPP. You can download it on: http://ncurses-ruby.berlios.de/

Despite the wrong link for ncurses-ruby, I went to their official page and followed the instructions installing it.

When running

gem list

I get that ncurses-ruby (1.2.4) is installed. Even though, the error persists. Any thoughts on this problem?
