Key with no expiry

How do I set a key which will not expire from cache?

It's useful to control my cache lifecycle myself. I think it should default have no expire and pass a ttl if necessary.

I set ttl: '100y' to achieve this

@miserylee Did you try using 0 for the ttl? That was my initial approach but I quickly realized that does not result in storing things indefinitely. I will try 100y, I think that should about cover it. :)
