OfflineQR use alt+shift+q as keyboard short cut. this shortcut is used to type char on mac os.

never use "shift", "ctrl+shift" (="AltGr" on win) or "alt+shift" modifier for keyboard short cut.

I guess having a cross platform modifier key is always an issue :(. What's the general modifiers used on osx? I think it'd be fine to provide this as an addon configuration. WDYT?

i suggest: ctrl+alt+shift+q but a configurable shortcut will be better.
