Support additional YARD tags

Is there an appetite to support additional YARD tags?

Some that I've love to be able to use are @deprecated, @note, and @see.

@deprecated would be particularly nice, especially if vscode-solargraph would strike-through deprecated classes and methods.

I just noticed that @raise is also not supported, which would be very useful.
