Case - Empty Arrays

I'm not able to find ids/URIs to use to test the following endpoints:

/CFConcepts/{sourcedId} /CFSubjects/{sourcedId} /CFLicenses/{sourcedId} /CFItemTypes/{sourcedId} /CFAssociationGroupings/{sourcedId}

These appear at the bottom of every /CFPackages/{sourcedId} page I've looked at as empty arrays:

These may be empty because they haven't been implemented yet - see screenshot from CFItemTypes:

We're unsure at the moment how these should be implemented. It's likely part of a larger cass-editor / CASE Profile conversation. Moving to pending.
