[feature] ABAC support for EnableAcceptJsonRequest()

According to the ABAC documentation the enforcer should have a method called enableAcceptJsonRequest to support parsing the request properties as JSON strings. This feature would be to support the concept of object ownership.

I don't believe node-casbin currently supports this. I'm happy to make a contribution, but wanted to be sure this wasn't already available somehow or in the works. Thanks!
