K8s 1.32.x support

Describe the problem/challenge you have Ensure that KC is working with the latest kubernetes version 1.32.x,

Describe the solution you'd like Update the kind test to run with 1.32.x and fix any issues that arise. Also, test with 1.30, 1.31

Anything else you would like to add: udpate the tests with minimum version to 1.27.x
