Make automatic file inclusion optional

Due to working in a corporate environment, I need full control over what text is sent to the remote model. The ability to include files is great, but I need to mitigate the risk of uploading the contents of a file inadvertently. The current behaviour makes it far too easy for me to switch file tabs, tap out a quick question and transmit something I didn't intend to.
Proposed solution
There should be an option within settings to automatically include files or whether they need to be selected manually by default

Please update the plugin and check if the issue still occurs. There were some bugs related to navigating between different tabs/files.
I've updated to 2.16.1-233, and on reopening rider, files are still included for sending by default when I switch file tabs.
On the contrary, I'm happy with the automatic inclusion of files, but I still want to have a way to customize this behavior.
It would be great if automatic inclusion could be optional. Currently have to manually remove the file from the chat context.
