Account screens (Log in, Register, Profile)

TO DO for all account screens (log in, register, profile):

• [ ] Purple background + icon/title
• [ ] Disabled button color is now different
• [ ] Footer ("Forget your password? etc. see login screen design)
• [ ] "Linked Accounts" on profile page
• [ ] Upload a photo feature --> use cardstack image tool
• [ ] Shorten to “Sign out” (remove name)
• [ ] Slide effect for displaying editable fields on profile page
• [ ] Error states UI not all done
• [ ] Check accessibility states
