• Currently Securities > Shares page is empty

Solution

• We want to render a table with list of all current shares (issued)
• Create a multi-step form to collect all the share information based on the schema. (we already have schema defined for share table.

• Vesting schedule
• Company legends
• Status

Contribution details

• Stakeholder (Institution name - Stakeholder name, Eg: XYZ VC - John Doe)
• Invested amount
• Value of intellectual property
• Amount of debt cancelled
• Other contributions

Relevant Dates

• Issue date
• Vesting start date
• Board approval date
• Rule 144 date

Documents

• Drag and drop uploader (allow multiple files)
