Remove i386 from make.sh on Darwin

make.sh unconditionally adds i386 to LIBARCH. This architecture is no longer supported on macOS, and prevents make.sh from working in macOS 10.15 and probably earlier.

This is the same underlying problem as in issues #1235 and #1529.
