Add an afterResize tab node event

We have the resize event for tab nodes that is called before the tab is rendered with the new size. But what about after?

What I need is for my event handler to know that the resize operation has finished taking place. I suggest that the current resize event be made into a pair: beforeResize and afterResize.

Alternatively, you could just use a plain old ResizeObserver
